This collection examines the impact of the physical and social environment of the school on Health, Social Development, and Learning ans well as some of the key transitions in the lives of young related to schooling . This environment of the school is linked with the other environments of the family and the neighbourhood and needs to be understood within the economic, social and cultural context of the surrounding community and society.
