	Thread started: May 12 2011, 2:32 PM EDT Watch Hi, It is skin cancer awareness month and my school, Jordan-Elbridge High, had us put together a personal story about the effects of cancer on our lives. I was able to use the facts and information I found on your page: http://www.schools-for-all.org/page/Sun+Safety%2FSkin+Cancer+Prevention+%28BT%29 My grandmother succumbed to skin cancer from years of unprotected sun exposure while gardening. Unfortunately the awareness levels of today are still not where they should be. The continuing spread of updated information is crucial to awareness.
